I learned that, the more you are conscious about anything the more you are most likely not to achieve what you really want. The best thing would be is to just consistently slowly eat and enjoy your food, take a daily walk or just move around (doing household chores are great exercise!), drink lots of water and of course no matter what you do, just be happy of who you are. Nothing is better than just comparing yourself to another because it just won't work.
In another note...
Christmas is approaching, but you know what? It is just another one of those pagan rituals that the catholic church made up. If you come to think of it, who really knows what happened.
You can judge me all you want, you hypocrites, just bear in mind that whatever you do in this earth is only temporary and no religion can save you.

Ahahahahaahh ROXY dearrrieeeee! well hmm leemmeee see...let's just say if you wash the dishes after you eat,you are actually standing up not as long as you do it by hand and not tossing it in the washer! =p or yeah as always SEX is the better way of sweating it out! doncha agree?
