Don't go chasing waterfalls...

top of the waterfalls...

New York City Waterfalls Exhibit

Don't go chasing waterfalls
Please stick to the rivers and lakes that
You're used to
I know that you're gonna have it your way
Or nothing at all
But I think you're moving too fast..

a moment of silence...

Let us offer a moment of silence and prayers for those who have lost their loved ones at sea...

My heart goes out to those families who have lost their loved ones, friends, brothers, sisters...and those who remained missing...

I'm offering my prayers and my deepest sympathies.

Have great work week everyone!

Have a great work week!

Where flowers bloom so does hope.
- Lady Bird Johnson, Public Roads: Where Flowers Bloom

--------

Some of us or most of us would usually say...

--"ARgghh* i hate mondays!

-- Sigh* it's monday again!

-- CAn i just sleep through Friday? So that i can pass through Monday?

but you know what?..whether we like it or not, Monday will always be there and we cannot deny the fact that its a part of the week...like a story there will always be a beginning and end, there will be from head to toe, before you start counting its starts from ONE, before you reach a 100 bucks you have gotta have a penny. So, that only means instead of complaining, we'll just gotta start our week with a great big smile and cheerful face and believe me it will create a BIG MIRACLE!

Cheers everyone!!!!

happy [h] [b] [w]!!!

Have a wonderful {H} {B } {W } everyone!

Your lips are like a southern lily red,
Wet with the soft rain-kisses of the night,
In which the brown bee buries deep its head,
When still the dawn's a silver sea of light.

Your lips betray the secret of your soul,
The dark delicious essence that is you,
A mystery of life, the flaming goal
I seek through mazy pathways strange and new.

Your lips are the red symbol of a dream,
What visions of warm lilies they impart,
That line the green bank of a fair blue stream,
With butterflies and bees close to each heart!

Brown bees that murmur sounds of music rare,
That softly fall upon the langourous breeze,
Wafting them gently on the quiet air
Among untended avenues of trees.

O were I hovering, a bee, to probe
Deep down within your scented heart, fair flower,
Enfolded by your soft vermilion robe,
Amorous of sweets, for but one perfect hour!

{H} {B} {W}!!!!

Took this shot during my trip to Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia...

Magnolia {H} {B} {W}!!!!

Magnolia is a large genus of about 210[1] flowering plant species in the subfamily Magnolioideae of the family Magnoliaceae.

The natural range of Magnolia species is rather scattered and includes eastern North America, Central America and the West Indies and east and southeast Asia. Some species are found in South America. Today many species of Magnolia and an ever increasing number of hybrids can also be found as ornamentals in large parts of North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The genus is named after French botanist Pierre Magnol, from Montpellier. See Origin of the name Magnolia.

Magnolia is an ancient genus. Having evolved before bees appeared, the flowers developed to encourage pollination by beetles. As a result, the carpels of Magnolia flowers are tough, to avoid damage by eating and crawling beetles. Fossilised specimens of M. acuminata have been found dating to 20 million years ago, and of plants identifiably belonging to the Magnoliaceae dating back to 95 million years ago. Another primitive aspect of Magnolias is their lack of distinct sepals or petals. The term tepal has been coined to refer to the intermediate element that Magnolia has instead. Magnolias are used as food plants by the larvae of some Lepidoptera species including Giant Leopard Moth.

Magnolia grandiflora is the official state flower of both Mississippi and Louisiana.[2] The flower's abundance in Mississippi is reflected in its state nickname, "Magnolia State". The magnolia is also the official state tree of Mississippi.

One of the oldest nicknames for Houston, Texas Is "The Magnolia City" due to the abundance of Magnolias growing along Buffalo Bayou.

HBW everyone!
